SUPPORT MINISTRIES AT FBC
Support ministries are the heart of volunteer service in the church, offering time, talents, and care to meet the needs of the congregation. Through willing hands and faithful hearts, volunteers help create a welcoming, organized, and nurturing environment where worship and ministry can thrive. Their service reflects Christ’s love in action and strengthens the church by uniting people in shared purpose and compassion.
The Intergroup Council serves to support the various ministries and organizations of the church, via communication and shared purpose in fulfilling the church’s mission.
The hospitality committee warmly welcomes members and guests, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere that reflects Christ’s love and encourages fellowship within the church.
The cuisine committee lovingly prepares and serves meals that bring people together, using the gift of food to fellowship and care for both body and spirit.
The wedding guild supports couples on their special day by providing guidance, coordination, and loving care to ensure each wedding ceremony is meaningful, orderly, and joyfully centered in Christ.
The Art & Garden Club enhances the beauty of the church by using creative expression and thoughtful care during worship service and special events.
The media ministry uses technology and various platforms to extend the church’s message beyond its walls, engage the community, enhance worship, and spread the Gospel to a broader audience.
This ministry aims to create an inclusive culture where people with disabilities are able to participate in all aspects of church life by removing barriers and celebrating everyone’s unique gifts in serving God.
The transportation ministry provides transportation to and from the church. The parking ministry manages traffic flow and assists during worship and special events.
